Lucky Draw A: Galeries Lafayette 130th Anniversary Lucky Draw

1. This promotion and the associated rewards are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. By entering the lucky draw, participants fully accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Participants can qualify for the lucky draw in the following ways:
   3.1. During the promotion period, participants who spend MOP 2,500 to MOP 8,999 at selected merchants in Galeries Lafayette Macau and successfully register at the customer service desk will receive one entry into the lucky draw.
   3.2. Participants who spend MOP 9,000 to MOP 19,999 and successfully register at the customer service desk will receive three entries
   3.3. Participants who spend MOP 20,000 or more and successfully register at the customer service desk will receive five entries.

4. After each entry is completed, participants must make a new qualifying purchase of at least MOP 2,500 to be eligible for subsequent entries.

5. Each participant is limited to a maximum of five entries per day and a total of 10 entries throughout the entire promotion period.

6. Receipts used for entry registration are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for any of the listed items. Upon confirmation of successful registration, all original receipts will be stamped by redemption staff to indicate participation.

7. Galeries Lafayette Macau shall bear no responsibility or liability for any services and/or products provided by “participating merchants” in connection with this promotion.

8. Only same-day receipts from designated merchants will be accepted for registration and participation; receipts submitted after the designated date will not be valid.

9. Customers must present original, valid receipts from the designated merchants for registration. Photocopies or duplicates of receipts will not be accepted.​

10. This is a chance-based lucky draw and prizes are not guaranteed for every entry.

 

Lucky Draw B: The Grand Lucky Draw – European Cruise Journey

1. Winners must present their fashion-cue membership QR code and draw ticket stub for on-site verification. If verification cannot be completed due to incorrect information, it will be deemed invalid.

2. If winners are unable to attend the draw event on the specified dates, they will be notified by phone or online message to redeem their prize by December 5th. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days and he/she is unable to claim the prize, the first candidate will be contacted at 12 noon on Nov 27th. If the first candidate cannot be contacted and confirmed to claim the prize, the second candidate will be contacted at 12 noon on Nov 30th.

3. The right to win cannot be transferred to others, and winners must redeem the prize in person.

4. Unclaimed prizes after the deadline will be forfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to handle unclaimed prizes without objection or compensation.

5. Draw tickets that have been mutilated, defaced, forged, water-damaged, or suspected of being tampered with, will be deemed invalid.

6. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, sellable, or exchangeable for cash.

7. Participants in the Campaign must be 18 years old or above.

8. Participation in the event constitutes agreement to the privacy policy available at Galeries Lafayette Macau and grants permission for the Organizer to use photos, videos, and related content for promotional purposes. All collected data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

9. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, cancel, delay, or modify the event without prior notice. The Organizer’s decision on any dispute is final.

10. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
